Marketing Management AP degree programme on CPH business academy
I’m a vegetarian, so my food mainly consists of fresh vegetables, rice, oatmeal and a lot of milk products. My passion is adding different spices to make food very interesting.
I usually shop in Netto and Lidl. But I prefer Netto, even though they have a bit bigger prices, the food is of higher quality, which is very important for me.
My budget is usually 300 DKK per week.
The most important is quality as I mentioned before, but I also consider price.
I do not plan. I go when I need something. But there are some things I always have in the kitchen: rice, oatmeal, yogurt, milk and fresh chilli.
It really depend whether I m cooking for my self or for my boyfriend. For me I spend approximately 1 hour. In total I spent 2 and half hours when cooking also for my boyfriend, because he is not a vegetarian and I have to cook different meal for him.
As I am vegetarian, I would recommend this kind of food. But in general, I would say eating more healthy, fresh and quality food, because generally young people cook half-prepared meals, which I consider unhealthy as they contain a lot of chemical substances. Cooking is fun and does not have to take long. Even if someone hates cooking, there are lot of meals that are easy and delicious, e.g.: rice with chilli and curcuma or potatoes filled with soar cream, onion and garlic.

Mostly healthy, although I like spicy food from time to time as well.
I buy my food at the groceries near my living place. It so happens to be that Netto is the brand closest to me.
On average I spend around 400 Kroner per week on my food.
If I have time for preparing meal, I prefer organic food - vegetables and fruits, but as it happens so often with my busy lifestyle sometimes I'm choosing products that are fast to prepare.
I do groceries coming back to home if I know my fridge is almost empty.
Daily I spend 1 hour on cooking.
Try out different kitchens, to add randomness in your diet. When having friends invited prepare meal together with your friends. It is fun, entertaining and you save time by not doing exhausting preparation for all friends on your own.

I eat all kinds of food especially spicy food.
I go shopping in almost all stores but mostly Bilka or Føtex.I prefer these stores because I can find easily all the things I need at one place. I do not go up so much in price but more quality.
My budget is around 300-400kr per week.
Quality of course and then price.
It's not something I plan. I put a list on my fridge and when I am missing something, I write it on that list. When my boyfriend and I have time off from our work, we go out together for shopping. But if I'm missing an ingredient then of course I go out just to buy that.
It depends on the food I am cooking. My boyfriend likes spicy Pakistani food and it can take up to 2 hours to cook this. But it is very different if I have to cook Danish food, which takes a bit less time. My husband fortunately also likes all kinds of food and therefore we should not make 2 different meals in a day.
I would definitely recommend eating healthy food. For me cooking is really fun but those who don’t know how to cook can find lots of interesting websites for healthy and easy to cook recipes. “Budget Meals” is a very good example for quick and healthy meal solutions. So try and enjoy cooking.
